The Commission of Inquiry, probing corruption charges against former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh, today imposed a fine of Rs 50,000 on him for seeking adjournment of the case. According to ANI, the Chandiwal Commission imposed a fine of Rs 50,000 on former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh as his lawyer was not present to cross-examine sacked Mumbai Police officer Sachin Waje.
