Santosh Halpati had filed his nomination for the post of sarpanch in Chharawala of Vapi district of Gujarat.Santosh has got only 1 vote. While there are 12 people in Santosh's house. It is clear that the people of the house did not vote in favor of Santosh. Here as soon as the results were announced and Santosh came to know that he He got 1 vote and he is only his own, so he started crying bitterly at the polling station itself. The people present there consoled him and then left the house. br br गुजरात के वापी जिले के छरवाला में संरपंच पद के लिए संतोष हलपाती ने पर्चा दाखिल किया था.चुनाव को लेकर इस शख्स ने बाकायदा प्रचार भी किया था.लेकिन जब नतीजे आए तो चौंकाने वाले थे.संतोष को सिर्फ 1 ही वोट मिला है.जबकि संतोष के घर में ही 12 लोग हैं.ऐसे में साफ है कि घर के लोगों ने संतोष के पक्ष में मतदान नहीं किया.इधर जैसे ही नतीजों की घोषणा हुई और संतोष को मालुम हुआ कि उसे 1 वोट मिला है और वो सिर्फ खुद का ही है तो वो मतदान केंद्र पर ही फफक-फफक कर रोने लगा.वहां मौजूद लोगों ने उसे दिलासा देकर शांत कराया और फिर घर छोड़कर आए.
