My daughter Emberlyn (on the ground) was following closely behind since it was super cold, and I just wanted to put my backpack in the front seat before putting the girls in the back. Normally, Emberlyn goes straight for the backseat door, so I didn't think to look down. But low and behold, Em wasn't watching where she was going, and so I opened the door and accidentally hit her with the door.
