Perth's COVID-19 outbreak has grown significantly, with the number of positive cases now standing at six and expected to rise further. All of the infected people were at the Perth Mess Hall on Sunday afternoon, at a party attended by 400 people. It's prompted restrictions to be ramped up, with restaurants and bars banned from serving people unless they're seated.
