UP perfume trader Piyush Jain was finally arrested. GST Intelligence has arrested the businessman from Kannauj late on Sunday. The investigating agency will present Piyush Jain in the court on Monday. The agency has arrested accused Piyush Jain under section 69 of the CGST Act. br br यूपी के इत्र कारोबारी पीयूष जैन (Perfume Trader Piyush Jain) को आखिरकार गिरफ्तार (Piyush Jain Arrest) कर लिया गया. जीएसटी इंटेलिजेंस (DGGI ) ने रविवार देर कारोबारी को कन्नौज से गिरफ्तार किया है. जांच एजेंसी सोमवार को पीयूष जैन को कोर्ट में पेश करेगी. बता दें कि बीते चार दिनों से जारी कार्रवाई में इत्र कारोबारी पीयूष जैन के ठिकानों से 257 करोड़ रुपये कैश और जूलरी बरामद की गई है. एजेंसी ने आरोपी पीयूष जैन को सीजीएसटी एक्ट की धारा 69 के तहत गिरफ्तार किया गया है.
