Police have issued an arrest warrant for a fugitive drug kingpin, whom they believe is hiding in a country in Asia, said Datuk Razarudin Husain.br br The Deputy Inspector-General of Police told a press conference that on Thursday (Dec 30), adding that police believe he is using legitimate businesses such as in the hotel and shipping industries to mask his drug trafficking activities.
