The first day of former Sabah Infrastructure Development Minister Datuk Peter Anthony’s defence hearing on a charge of committing forgery, which had been fixed for Monday (Jan 3) at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court was postponed following the appointment of a new counsel to represent him.
