Meteorology student captures timelapse of ominous supercell over Texas

Shot on May 16th, 2021 near the town of Earth, Texas using a Canon 6D and EF 24-70 2.8L lens. I’m currently a meteorology student in Madison, Wisconsin, and every spring I usually head out to the central United States to storm chase for a week or two. As such, we were in the Texas panhandle hoping to see something just like that on that day. The storm coincided with sunset perfectly, so the colors seen in the timelapse are just like what we saw with our eyes. Filmed by Isaac Schluesche
