The reputation of 8 ministers of the Yogi government is at stake in the first phase of elections for 58 seats in 11 districts of western UP. Energy Minister Shrikant Sharma, Sugarcane Minister Suresh Rana, and Livestock Minister Laxmi Narayan Chaudhary are also named among the ministers whose performance is to be tested in the first phase.
