The politics of Punjab has heated up after the arrest of Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi's nephew Bhupinder Singh Honey on charges of money laundering in illegal sand mining case. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday arrested Bhupind Singh Honey late night after a day-long interrogation of eight hours. Aam Aadmi Party and Shiromani Akali Dal have directly surrounded Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi regarding this matter. At the same time, the Congress is furious over this whole issue.
