Activision and its development teams have been getting serious about stopping people cheating in ‘Call of Duty’ titles for a while now. Back in October, the teams behind the series announced a new anti-cheat initiative called “ricochet” was coming to ‘Call of Duty: Warzone’ and at a later date, to ‘Call of Duty: Vanguard’, and it seems that kernel-level driver has been working, with over 48 thousand people banned this week alone.
