The difficulties of Wasim Rizvi alias Jitendra Tyagi, who left Islam and became a Hindu, seem to be increasing. A young woman has lodged a case at Saadatganj Kotwali, Lucknow against Rizvi, who has already been jailed for making inflammatory speeches against the Muslim community in Haridwar's Dharma Sansad. The complainant has alleged that it was only on the pretext of Rizvi alias Tyagi that her father had accused Maulana Kalbe Jawad of sexually abusing her younger sister.
