In an address to the nation in the early hours of Tuesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy accused Russia of wrecking peace efforts and ruled out making any territorial concessions. This came after Kremlin said it will recognise the independence of Lugansk and Donetsk people’s republics in eastern Ukraine.
