Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday will speak to Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy, news agency ANI reported. This will be the second separate telephonic conversation of PM Modi with Putin and Zelenskyy.
