Umno Youth chief Datuk Dr Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki said the party would be in a stronger position to face the 15th general election before its internal party polls are conducted.
He said if party polls were held before GE15, the party would be left in a weakened state, which would put it at a disadvantage should GE15 take place after that.
