The Seremban district in Negeri Sembilan will be placed under the conditional movement control order (MCO) between Nov 5 to Nov 18 to curb the spread of Covid-19.br br This was decided by the National Security Council (NSC) today. br br Meanwhile, the Health Ministry reported 1,054 new Covid-19 cases and a record-setting 12 deaths in a 24-hour period ending noon today.
