Minister of Communications and Multimedia Tan Sri Annuar Musa on Tuesday (March 22) tweeted that actor Zul Ariffin will be investigated under Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1988 for allegedly posting a video containing steamy scenes from a local drama on his Instagram page last week.
