A court's been told that a teenager who was kicked out of a Melbourne nightclub, threatened the bouncers, before his brother returned and opened fire on people outside. A bouncer and a bystander were killed in the shooting but the teenager's lawyer has told a Supreme Court trial there's no proof he intended to murder anyone.
