World governments have been imposing sanctions as a way of punishing Russian President Vladimir Putin and his supporters for invading Ukraine. Among those targeted are several rich and powerful Russian individuals who were added to a European Union blacklist. Most on the list are oligarchs who head state-owned conglomerates, as well as top Russian officials.
