Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez met on Tuesday with the executive secretary of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America-People's Trade Agreement (ALBA-TCP), Sacha Llorenti, who is officially visiting the Caribbean country.
