A determined personal trainer from Leeds has fulfilled his childhood dreams of finally opening his own gym - built through three years of hard work purchasing each piece of equipment piece by piece.
Terry Glichrist, 38, was originally due to launch Apex Boutique Gym, in Pudsey, the day before the first Covid lockdown was announced. He bought the premises in 2018 and set about converting it from a set of five small rooms into a dedicated gym facility with a personal touch.
