Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and US President Joe Biden talked over phone and discussed “additional capabilities” to help the Ukrainian military amid the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war. Biden also told Zelensky that the United States would provide $500 million in direct aid to the Ukrainian government.
