The National Assembly was host to chaotic scenes as Wajir Woman Rep Fatuma Gedi was tabling evidence linking DP William Ruto to land grabbing. It was during the ensuing melee that Embakasi East MP Babu Owino allegedly uttered some words deemed to be unparliamentary.
