Jordan Wells (Jonathan Tucker) is a 17-year-old photographer, a talent that leads to his expulsion from an elite prep school upon the discovery that he took provocative photos of willing female classmates. He must now attend public school, where he meets beautiful Shay (Nikki Reed), a young woman with problems. The two begin a passionate relationship, and suddenly he finds himself to be an accessory to murder.
