Activist Heidy Quah granted DNAA, judge rules charge 'defective'

The Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court on Monday (April 25) granted activist Heidy Quah Gaik Li a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) over a charge of sharing offensive content in a Facebook post in June 2020 alleging mistreatment of refugees at an immigration detention centre.
