Estimated walking time 55-65 minutes each way. Woodplace lane is a poorly lit, single, winding lane. It has many pot holes, no footpath and is known by motorists as a dangerous road to drive down and most Netherne residents do not deem it safe enough to walk or cycle down. The road is often closed for a variety of reasons.
