The National Affordable Housing Council is set to form a framework to help resolve the issue of a sharp increase in construction costs, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob during his speech at the groundbreaking ceremony for the PR1MA-Astrum Ampang on Friday (April 29).
