A portion of an under-construction bridge collapsed on April 30 due to a thunderstorm in Sultanganj, Bihar. However, no casualties have been reported so far. More details are awaited. Speaking to media persons, Sultanganj JD(U) MLA Lalit Narayan Mandal said, “We have informed the Chief Minister and an investigation will be initiated. It seems the degraded quality of the material was used for construction.
