Advocates are calling for cultural reform within the Indigenous Health sector after a national survey revealed more than half of first nations doctors-in training experienced disproportionately high rates of bullying, harassment or discrimination in the workplace. Doctors say a national reporting system is needed amid concerns the negatives experiences could drive Indigenous trainees out of the profession.
