Odisha is currently under the threat of the first cyclonic storm of the year. This cyclonic storm, which rose from the Bay of Bengal, is now slowly gaining momentum. The low pressure area over Bay of Bengal and Andaman is moving west-northwestwards. The Meteorological Department says that it may hit the coastal areas of India after three days on May 10.
