The Supreme Court has banned the use of sedition law. The court has said that no new case should be registered under the sedition law i.e. 124A till the reconsideration, in fact the Supreme Court on Wednesday heard the petitions challenging the sedition law. A three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice of India NV Ramana heard the case, during which the Supreme Court has said that the sedition law should be stayed till it is reviewed. The Supreme Court has said that no new case should be registered under section 124-A of sedition. The Supreme Court has stayed all the cases. People arrested in treason can go to court for bail br br सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने राजद्रोह कानून (Sediton Law) के इस्तेमाल पर रोक लगा दी है. कोर्ट ने कहा है कि पुनर्विचार तक राजद्रोह कानून यानी 124ए के तहत कोई नया मामला दर्ज ना किया जाए, दरअसल सुप्रीम कोर्ट में बुधवार को देशद्रोह कानून को चुनौती देने वाली याचिकाओं पर सुनवाई हुई. भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश एनवी रमना की अगुवाई वाली तीन-न्यायाधीशों की पीठ मामले की सुनवाई की , इस दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा है कि देशद्रोह कानून पर तब तक रोक रहे, जब तक इसका पुनरीक्षण हो. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा है कि राजद्रोह की धारा 124-A में कोई नया केस नहीं दर्ज हो. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सभी मामलों पर रोक लगा दी है.
