Amidst the impact of inflation, there has been a big relief from the prices of petrol and diesel. Petrol has become cheaper by Rs 9 and a half and diesel by Rs 7 per liter across the country today. This reduction in the prices of petrol and diesel has come due to a reduction in excise duty.
