Former Union Minister and Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal files nomination for Rajya Sabha elections in the presence of Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav in Lucknow. He said that I have filed nomination for Rajya Sabha as an independent candidate. During this, Sibal made the biggest disclosure and said that I have resigned from the Congress party on May 16. Sibal said that it is not easy to leave the relationship of 30-31 years.
