The Ayer Keroh magistrate’s court on Tuesday sentenced a shop assistant to spend a day in jail and to pay a fine of RM10,000 after he pleaded guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated. br br The court also ordered Chan Chee Wee, 40, to serve another four months in jail if he failed to pay the fine.
