Virtual reality has been introduced into a number of aged care centres in Queensland, in a bid to help residents escape the four walls of their rooms.

With covid keeping residents in isolation for much of the past two years, the project has been a gamechanger for some, and now it's hoped more people will have the chance to explore the virtual world.
