One Tobago woman is lucky to be alive, this after the interior of the apartment she lives, was destroyed by fire, allegedly by the hands of a man she claims was abusive to her in the past. The woman who is now fearful for her life, told TV6, a report to the police in Tobago, only brought more pain. Elizabeth Williams visited the woman's apartment and has this report.
