North East: It is raining heavily in the northeastern states. With the entry of monsoon, there was heavy waterlogging on NH-37 in the Jorabat area, which connects the Assam-Meghalaya border. In the pictures, the car is sinking on the road. The water in the highway is full till the waist. Due to which it has become difficult for people to leave.
