Some 75 opposition lawmakers have urged the Attorney General's Chambers to withdraw its instruction for a senior federal counsel to represent a teacher and a former headmistress in a civil suit filed by teenage activist Ain Husniza Saiful Nizam and her father against them over an alleged rape joke made in class.
