The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission has been forced to postpone the publishing of the voters register due to massive anomalies in it. According to a statement issued this evening by the commission, there were over 200,000 deceased voters in the IEBC register. The commission will tomorrow do a test run of its election transmission systems. KPMG found massive anomalies in the register.
