Sopas or macaroni soup is classic Filipino comfort food. Each bowl has the elbow-shaped pasta, carrots, and in this case, corned beef instead of chunks of chicken swimming in a simple but tasty broth. It's flavorful as is but you can make it extra delicious by adding evaporated milk to the soup.
