The police or any other investigating agency will not intimidate the people they are speaking to over the phone when conducting an investigation, said Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani after launching a blood donation campaign at Bukit Aman in Kuala Lumpur on Monday.
