Floods and rains in Assam have left life paralyzed, with the flood situation in the Brahmaputra, Barak and their tributaries continuing to remain grim on Tuesday. Seven more people lost their lives due to this natural calamity in the state, after which the death toll has reached 89, according to the information given by the officials, about 55 lakh people in 32 districts have been affected in Assam.

Assam में बाढ़ और बारिश के चलते जनजीवन अस्त व्यस्त बना हुआ है, ब्रह्मपुत्र, बराक एवं उनकी सहायक नदियों में बाढ़ की स्थिति मंगलवार को भी गंभीर बनी रही। राज्य में इस प्राकृतिक आपदा के कारण सात और लोगों की जान चली गई, जिसके बाद मरने वालों का आंकड़ा 89 तक पहुंच गया है,अधिकारियों की तरफ सेदी गई जानकारी के मुताबिक असम में 32 जिलों के करीब 55 लाख लोग प्रभावित हुए हैं।
