Crisis escalates in aged care sector as staff shortages double

A new report from independent think tank, CEDA, the Committee for the Economic Development of Australia, estimates there's a shortfall of around 35,000 workers in the aged care sector, double the number a year ago. BaptistCare CEO, Charles Moore, says it's getting harder to provide quality care.
