A petition has been filed against the conduct of floor test in Maharashtra. The order for Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray to prove his majority has been challenged in the Supreme Court. Uddhav camp's lawyer Abhishek Manu Singhvi has mentioned this petition in the Supreme Court before the bench of Justice Surya Kant and Justice JB Pardiwala. br br महाराष्ट्र में फ्लोर टेस्ट कराए जाने के खिलाफ याचिका दाखिल की गई है। मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे को बहुमत साबित करने के आदेश को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी गई है। उद्धव खेमें के वकील अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में इस याचिका को जस्टिस सूर्यकांत और जस्टिस जे बी पारदीवाला की बेंच के सामने मेंशन किया है.
