The unemployed man who allegedly killed his 16-year-old lover in Pandamaran recently will be charged on Monday (July 4).br br Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Arjunaidi Mohamed on Sunday said they have received instructions from the deputy public prosecutors to charge the man.
