Dilsha Prasannan emerged as the winner of the 4th edition of Malayalam Bigg Boss and became the first female winner of the show. The actor-dancer was handed over the trophy after the grand finale which took place on Sunday, July 3rd. Host Mohanlal presented the trophy and ₹50 lakh cash prize to Dilsha at the finale.
