Neil Druker graduated from McGill University in 1989 and then worked at McKinsey and Co from 1989 till 1991. Working at McKinsey and Co was an excellent opportunity for Neil Druker to gain many business-related skills there. Neil then joined Harvard School for Business to do his Master’s in Business administration, and he graduated from there in 1993.
