Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi has tendered his resignation from the Modi cabinet. Till now he was handling the minority affairs department at the Centre. Along with him, RCP Singh has also resigned from the cabinet. Both the leaders were members of the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Parliament. Whose term is now over. In such a situation, due to the end of the membership of the House, he could not remain a part of the cabinet.
