Ground Report From Sri Lanka: Anti-Government Protestors Vacate Government Buildings

Singapore has confirmed that Sri Lankan President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, who fled Sri Lanka with his wife on Wednesday, has been allowed entry into the country (Singapore) on a private visit. The anti-government protesters, who forced President Gotabaya Rajapaksa from his official residence at the weekend, announced that they will vacate key buildings they have overrun. Meanwhile, the government has imposed a curfew in the Colombo district from 12 noon on July 14 to 5 am on July 15.
