At the launch of a house buying carnival in Kuala Lumpur on Friday (July 15), Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said first-time house buyers will get stamp duty exemption on the instrument of transfer and loan agreement under the Keluarga Malaysia Home Ownership Initiative (i-MILIKI).
